Normally you need to be seeing a doctor so that he can prescribe the right one

I have always taken my medication with me when going to the hospital, many times they didn't have Juluca so I had to have mine brought to me so now I just take it with me when going to the hospital and they get it verified and give it to me.

Im sure if you are far along along with viral load issues sure they would because they had to do that for me when I had that bout with my electrolytes i was in bad shape, also keep in mind that i had double pneumonia on top of everything else.

I have been in the ICU a few times. Of course, the hospital I go to is affiliated with my HIV clinic, so they have the HIV meds on hand in their pharmacy. Now my local small-town hospital does not carry HIV meds, so it takes a few days for them to get them in. Even though I know my hospital has my meds, there could be a chance they could be out for a day, so I always take my meds with me just in case. There was only 1 time that they didn't have enough in stock and mine from home was a lifesaver.
So not every hospital has HIV meds and they may not be available for a few days until they can order some in.
