I take tadalafil when I need to get lakaboy up for exercises and it always works for me despite my delayed treatment for HIV almost 10 years after diagnosis.
Also having my new mechanical companion to simulate a hand job and bj all in one helps me with keeping it alive and functioning well LOL!
