(Today's date April 2, 2021, 11:20 PM Eastern time) I have a technical issue going on and I am trying to submit a ticket for it. I have used the computer AND app but neither will submit a ticket for the issue. it seems the capture isn't working. I even went to another health team to try and submit and still, the same issue. Is anyone else having issues with submitting tickets? I have been trying for over an hour now.

could someone else try to submit a ticket and see if it is working for them? As i said, I have tried both the computer and app and I get nodda.
I don't know anything about submitting a "ticket" - where do you specifically go to create and submit? (I've had trouble posting from the app and my tablet for months - my only access is from my laptop.)
