First change my phone number, call my attorney, call my CPA, and take the lump sum pay the taxes on it, then build a house and like @A myHIVteam Member off grid, then work on which charities to give money to, support a homeless program and a clinic for those with HIV/AIDS throughout the world, while seeking matching funds, as you can I have a dream! I would start my own not for profit charity and help the homeless and those in need ❤️👍🙏😷🌈
Hire a lawyer, create another entity to claim the winnings (for personal privacy also depends on your state lottery laws), invest it, give a small portion to family (mainly the children), donate a portion to hiv children charity in my birth country and I’m going off the grid. A plot of land somewhere, underground storage for food, no electricity, and learning different gardening techniques and a whole lot of other things. I’ve thought of this for years.
The first thing I would do, hire a lawyer and financial advisor. Then I would hire a contractor to build me an off grid underground house, with a bunker. Actually a community of off grid community houses.
