Your cd4 will go up and down like your blood pressure. You also want to look at your viral load if your viral load is high there's a little more concern. The other thing is how are you physically feeling. For me personally a positive outlook and faith in God will over come any health issues. I just spent 6 days on a ventilator due to covid in critical condition. The key is a strong support network and positive outlook. You always have us here we are in this together brother

Oh I know Justin my dear ..I had a partner who was on it because he had pneumonia but he stayed on it after the infection was gone to prevent him from further pneumonia and after a while he was taken off. Hugs 😊❤️😊

@A myHIVteam Member, if you follow the European sites, the shot has been out for awhile now. While the "once a month" shot is just coming to the United States, the United States is slow on HIV research as usual. In Europe, they are already on phase 3 of a bimonthly shot research project WITH THE SAME MEDICATION that the United States is coming out with for a monthly shot. Give it another 3 years and the United States will be talking about "the new study on bimonthly injections."
