just as @A myHIVteam Member said. You may have HIV, but HIV doesn't have to have you. If you worry about HIV and how long it will take to find peace with it, you are giving the HIV control. JUST STOP THAT! You take control of your HIV, don't let the HIV take control of you.
One way of getting some peace is to forgive. You DO NOT have to forgive the person who gave it to you for THEIR sake, but forgive them for YOUR sake and peace of mind. It will start to get better then.
Living with HIV is no walk in the park, but when you can talk to others just like you, it makes things easier.

That depends on you and your attitude moving forward. HIV doesnt define you. You can either choose to live your life just like you would without it or, let it control every second of your life. Remember, YOU ARE LIVING WITH HIV, HIV ISNT LIVING WITH YOU. you are in control! It does get better and easier. It took me about 2 months to realize the stigma is worse than the diagnosis. If you ever need to talk to someone, vent, ask questions, whatever it may be just reach out. Keep thriving, shining, and being the best you that you can be. MUCH LOVE. ❤️

I never said you have to forgive him. I said you have to forgive him for YOUR sake, you do NOT have to forgive him for HIS sake. There is a difference. One shows empathy and anger toward him the other shows empathy and empowerment toward you.

@A myHIVteam Member, just take it at the pace you need, no need to hurry it. That is too much stress to handle. You'll know the right time.
