I talked with my doc about me wanting to take this and she says there’s not enough research between this and ART meds. Take your multivitamins and your Ashwagandha 2 hours prior to or after taking your ARVs. Also, opt for KSM-66 Ashwagandha instead of the other rubbish you may find. You will quickly determine whether or not you should take it early in the morning or at night. Start with a low dosage and then do it for 4 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off.

As always, discuss with your doctor. The natural supplement/herb may not affect the HIV/AIDS but it may have adverse effects with HIV/AIDS medications
@A myHIVteam Member multivitamins should be taken 2 hours before or after ARVs. When taken at the same time as ARVs, the multivitamin can reduce the effectiveness of your ARVs.
Questions. I take Alovera juice in the morning..along side with .my hiv medication. Plus multivitamin. Any side effects? Kindly let me know
