I will be retiring soon ( I am 65) and I worry about been able to cover the cost of the hiv meds with medicare, anyone has a suggestion? How does this works, ???

Also check out some of the Medicare Advantage plans. Some carry little to no monthly premium but, I know know your area.
You should also be getting/or ask SS for ther booklets, which will be coming soon during open season. PLEASE pay attention to deadline dates, penalties become involved. My advantage plan is through Well Care.

I was just going to say, ADAP will pay the remaining of what medicare won't but @A myHIVteam Member beat me to the punch. Just make sure to get with a medical case manager, they will get you all set up.
