Has Anyone Else Had Muscle Wasting Going On?

This is a question that @A myHIVteam Member wanted me to ask for him.
I’m doing okay today but my legs have this muscle wasting because of my HIV meds and diabetes. I’m getting prosthetics made for the bottom part of my legs. My hands also have severe neuropathy.

I have wasting and I'm diagnosed with AIDS because of wasting. But having said that I've been injecting serostim which I've shared on here for quite some time. For at least 7 years every day I inject my stomach and my legs. having said that, please understand that this medication increases your sugar levels at a very high level. Being that you're diabetic it will not work for you because it will elevate your glucose. I'm sorry you're experiencing this.. I know neuropathy is extremely painful and difficult. I have lost 23 pounds since last October and the most I've ever weighed in my life was 120 is that what is happening to my body and I am I going through wasting syndrome my CD4 count is 1404 viral load less than 20 why am I losing so much weight what's happening to my muscle mass why is it only 10% please please help I'm done
