Well I always said to my doctor if is ok and all he said is you don’t need anything, but I think I do because I look different when I used to take my supplements than now, I feel that just wasting my energy and don’t see much different

No I don't take any pre-workout supplements, it makes me jumpy. I'm sure you will be ok. I always talk to my doctors about what I take.

Thank you, but do you also take pre work out. Sometimes I think I need it just to pump up my energy I used to to work out a lot but with this I feel a little weak sometimes but I don’t like to feel that way is not me.

I workout and take supplements. It's best not to take your meds and supplements within an hour of each other. I usually take my protein drinks and multivitamins early in the day and my ART right before I go to bed. It's good to take nutrients and vitamins that are good for your bones because the meds can have a negative effect on your bones.
