How aften do you clear your browser cash? That is where copies of every website you use is stored so that it can load faster. You may need to clear it to get all your functions working again.

I try to narrow down the possible cause first. So to see it's from MyHIVTeam, logon on from another device such as a smartphone. Also try emojis from another application.
