Gilead will pay for your antivirals at no cost to you if you can get a doctor to write you a prescription. The only thing is you will have to get your blood checked every 6 months which will cost you. The Ryan White program could help with that though.

Dallas has a very rich network of HIV assistance programs. I myself have used all the services in the past and paid nothing because I didn't make enough money.

Look for places that help with the application for ryan white

I was told by my probation officer in Wise county that Texas did not want to pay for my meds. Though, Ryan White funding is federal and I have Googled Ryan white funding in Dallas and have got a few hits. I stayed in Texas for a year and refused to get Texas ID for residentsy so could not get meds for a year. I am in California now and it was pretty easy finding programs, case management, and all that. Texas is a very conservative state. Good luck
