I get really painful cramps on legs (especially the right leg). I take 2 Baclofen 20 mlg. every night and it really helps. If I skip a night...muscle spasms are inevitable!

I have had the same issue at times - now mine was more cramps than pain ( other than neuropathy ) - eating a banana has helped me a lot - sometimes it can be a sign that you need more fluids especially water - hot temps in the summer can also add to the mix - so water and bananas has helped

@A myHIVteam Member I have had leg pain for many years and they have done many tests. My neurologist did nerve tests and found that my nervous system was damaged, he believed it was due both to the early medications and HIV itself. I have been on 2 ,10 mg flexeril at bedtime for years now and it seems to help .
