The big focus is on the CCR5 Gene Cluster of the Human Genome..
It contains in some people a variable damaged structure that makes them able to control the levels of HIV in their bodies on a cellular level...One of the big problems why we have such intense fatigue is the mitochondria in the human cell does not get the needed fuel inside the cell to allow complete daily standards. It basically is in need of energy production for the human cell without any fuel to get the job done. Being able to include pomegranate juice (Very high in anti oxidants) and the use of CBD oil and Kratom to lower pain and swelling is key to getting your over all energy back under control.
Also address your levels of Vitamin D3 . The medication tend to rob the body of much needed bone density...Your red and white blood cells rely on how well your bones can produce them. When you reduce the swelling and pain levels then you attack the antioxidants in the diet.. Getting your free radicals in the blood stream down improves your over all health and makes the medication more complete which increases their delivered results.

Keep Focused on the Rise in the CD4. IT is a Sign that you body has the ability to fight this. The Doctor needs to explain directly what he finds about your blood work. Each time you get the report back on what it happening the issue will be what can you do to maintain good progress or keep the numbers stabilized . The Body will respond to what you are choosing to do. Fitness and activity are also keen issues. Make sure and take measures to walk, exercise and do things to keep yourself healthy. The Excess leftover calories the body has will either help you or feed the bad issue of the HIV, Think of being a person that is fueling your own body to do what you want it to do. Limit your responses to bad things or circumstances . Your Brain chemistry relates upon how well your mood is..Do things that make you feel uplifted and in your own wellness zone. Be Able to act on the information you get back each time from the doctor..If you do not know the actual issue explain to the doctor you need the information to best help yourself heal or maintain your own goals.
Most of all do things that are your range to achieve and do not compare to some one else's results. You are uniquely your own person...Your results happen because you will the outcome and the destiny that goes with it. Target zones for CD4 are above 500 and then upwards from there..Based on the immune systems ability to maintain the level it will flux between base line and about 750 CD4 level..if it happens to go even further you are in better range of being healthy..Count your blessings if that does occur. It will only happen if you make sure the body has a direct chance to achieve it..Good Diet, Exercise, and priority mental outlook is essential to make this possible for yourself. Most of all THINK in real terms of who you are, what you want to do, and the ease of creating the calm of your total person based on what you are willing to do for your own outcome. Anti Oxidants and pain relief is essential to best keep your able body functioning.

You always want to keep a open minded about AIDS knowledge. I have never heard that having a different strand makes a difference. You may posses a certain gene that doesn't carry the virus. As a rule if your doctor says something that sounds awkward ask for proof if they can't provide you proof they're not right for you that's my opinion. You always want to stay undetectable and cd4 above 200.

part 2 of same message

Kratom for pain, CBD Oil For Cancer fighting, and make sure you have a balance real diet that allows you to be at your best. Sending you this information in hope that it helps you understand some of the un known information that you re trying to figure out or face..It is very hard to face something if you do not know what the specific response is. As you witness this problem in people around you learn from what they are going through as a key source of what you can use to help your own potential outcome. There will be definite sources of information along you given daily activities and be aware you need to examine that, and provide some type of way through past or around it.also maintain active Vitamin D or Calcium stability. The Meds rob the body of Bone Density over time. make sure you get vitamin D3 levels each day and B vitamins also.
I hope what I have written here for you will have the chance to make you more informed about what this is and how to fight the best approach you have to it.
It is the best we can do when we share the information that we have gone through with some one else that actually needs words or ideas to comfort their own anxiety . PAry of Being able to conquer HIV/ Aids is being informed about what your own body is doing each time you visit your doctor. Even better when some one takes the time to explain they have went through tough time and have pointers to pass on to you.

Big hugs and most of all keep fighting for what you deem necessary..

You are in this world and most of all

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!

A Big Hug From ME to you (john)
