How Do You Handle Rejection?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

When meeting new potential playmates, and they ask if you’re disease free, and you honestly tell them that you’re positive but otherwise healthy, and they hit you with “well then, nothing sexual can ever happen between us, but we can still be friends. It just scares me,” how do you handle that?

I’m still obligated legally by the state of Arkansas to have “informed consent “ with sexual partners and doctors, despite the latest advances of science. Too bad laws don’t automatically adjust themselves when the truth is discovered.

I am okay with it. I have been without sex for going on six years and sex is not the only aspect in a relationship

First off are you positive, cause the lingo has changed, there is 3 stages and undetectable. If your undetectable you cannot pass it on,
