I think it's a good Idea to change there are several New Med's out now and I think they work better than Atripla, and one of the side effects that bothers most people taking this drug is swelling of the stomach.

I was good on atropla, but my doctor changed to byktarvi.

I would advice to get of the atripla and change drug. I had atripla for 3 years and felt hugly depressed as a sideeffect. there are better medications now

CD4 is over 1200 and VL less than 20 do I risk changing that?
