Members shared how their HIV diagnosis ultimately made them stronger, with many describing a profound shift from fear and isolation to gratitude, self-advocacy, and deeper connections with loved ones. Several members emphasized that learning to fight for survival, maintaining undetectable viral loads for decades, and managing their health through faith and daily medication routines gave them resilience they didn't know they had, even in the face of additional challenges like cancer. A recurring theme was the power of perspective, with members reflecting on how confronting mortality helped them realize they were loved, find their voice, and discover an unshakable will to live.
