All good answers. I learned some new things I would just add a question or no about using things like Flonase and other corticosteroids. Think about it, they suppress the nasal immune system. So while they might be helping with allergies symptoms it could be exposing you to catching other things that the nose defends against.
There’s also some evidence these medication‘s kill those delicate little hairs, cilia, that sweep out invaders. Once killed.. there is no coming back. I learned this doing research for a hiv negative friend suffering from major sinus and lung infections.
“Intranasal drugs and additives can have a detrimental effect on ciliary activity and mucociliary clearance, and thus impact the integrity of nasal defense mechanisms.”

Plus when looking at the side effects and interactions of Flonase, it is pretty significant. https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/fl...
Thus, I would say structural interventions like HEPA air filters, masks, showers is a good foundation and using natural methods like local, raw unprocessed honey, saline spray as wells as nutritional supplements like Quercitin and vitamin C might be the best bet for the long haul.
I would also try taking a teaspoonful of local honey daily must be local. It will help to ease the allergies over time and eventually may even eliminate them altogether.
Flonase & Zyrtec work best for me.
After reading all these allergy posts I am thankful to be blessed allergy free all my life! I've witnessed friends go through harsh pollen symptoms every spring. No picnic!
