Attached is VL from when I was diagnosed to now, about 1 year now. I haven’t missed my medication.

That's called a blip (in case you want to Google it) and it's nothing to worry about as long as your next result is <20 again. (I've had two or three blips, and my results were always fine the next time.)

some times your vl goes up. don't worry about it unless it goes up again on your next visit.
