I am looking for a pather and to connect with forever
HIV can diminish our vitamins and minerals from our body. OTHER THAN what your regular labs are, have you been tested to see what vitamins and minerals you are lacking through a macronutrient test and a micronutrient test? I have been thinking of getting these 2 test done, but insurance will not pay for them. I guess it runs around $300 to $400 to have it done.
So has anybody ever did these 2 test?

I take vitamin d every day which is prescribed but I don’t take any supplements or vitamins at all , was wondering how many people on our site that do take vitamins and which ones and do they really help you .

I'm a big fan of vitamin "D". The stem cells are great but sometimes it comes with baggage.
