I'm scared to let my fam know I am hiv positive... it breaks my heart not having the courage to tell them I know my mom would back me up but it's my dad im scared of he will disowned me an kick me out...

I like cheese. Eat it a lot. But I'm eating this Sheppards salad for the first time...(Copped: cucumbers, green peppers, red onion; red kidney beans, vinegar, and feta cheese.) They got two like half inch blocks of feta for maybe a 15oz cup of veggies.....ion know about u but I chipped a lil piece off and kept it moving......the flavor is just right with little bit. How ppl eat that much ion know...

Welp. I havent asked a question in some time so here we go. Lately ive been out of energy. Sometimes in spurts sometimes the fatigue lasts all day. What do you you guys do to boost your energy?

Whether it be a favorite family member or friend..sometimes a pet...who do you usually call or depend on when , you need advice or company?

A lot of The Times when we seroconvert , things come into play that prevent us from having sex or enjoying the gratifications of human stimulation.

Most of HIV deals with gay men. Straight people with HIV probably feel left out with support, help, or somebody to talk to. My question for straight people is, how do you address things when people talk about HIV and how it's a gay disease, and how gays deserve it for being deviants. Or how do you address when people say, "it will never happen to me, I live a moral lifestyle."
