My doctor is specialized in HIV but then she's also a regular medical doctor

I started going to an HIV/AIDS center when they opened in the 80s. All these years later I wonder if I should just be going to a regular doctor

Like Robert, I used to have a doc who played both roles. Now I have my PCP and an ID doc because my PCPs specialty is family medicine.
