I know it may seem that it's a day late and a dollar short, but use a condom. If you expose yourself to different deviations of the HIV virus it won't work out well for you trust me. 🤗

If you have unprotected sex with someone make sure you tell them that your HIV positive before you have sex with them. In some states you can go to prison.

There's a YouTuber from South Africa called Nozibele Qamngama shes also poz. Watch her videos you will get strength, seeing how normal a life she lives. Her husband is negative. Plus your medication is free in South Africa, so you dont have to worry about insurance like us. The stigma is bad so dont make the mistake of telling people. If its intimate then yes tell that person before anything sexual happens.

Make a appointment with a doctor. Ask for help. Did they not offer you someone to talk to and help you along? Sorry to hear you have hiv. Its not like it used to be. You can live a long life.

Hey its ok to have those feeling. But with todays medicine and if you follow the guidelines of a good doctor you can live for years.
1. Find a good HIV doctor. Internal medicine
2. Find a good support good. Website, in person meeting
3. For me i always had a balance of friends. People who are positive and people who are negative but not judgemental.
4. Stay on top of your medicine, diet .
It is not going to be easy at first but if you crave for great outcome you can get it

Also you can get strenght from reading the stories of long term survivor's on this site. Some have been living 20 30 40yrs with this virus. Get on treatment immediately an take that one pill everyday. Follow your doctors advice and you should live a full life. My situation is complicated, but thats what i plan to do once on treatment..
