It all depends on the test that is being used. Each test has their own window period.
It all depends on when the HIV decides to come out of it's hidden reservoirs. HIV can't be detected when it's hidden from my understanding.
I tested negative 3 times in January, may and September last year only to be diagnosed positive this year January

Got blood results from my HIV doc the other day and they were surprising. I guess we kind of take it for granted we will have an undetectable viral load not having one so many years. But when you do it kind of freaked me out. The weird thing is my CD 4 count was over 1,000. He is going to retake the test. Hopefully a glitch. But if not he will be changing my meds.

Just got my latest blood test my viral load previous test was <20 my new test is 40 is that bad am I no longer undetectable? Cd 4 count jumped to 654
You are still considering you are undetectable?? You ok. I'm undetectable and still that way after I got tested yesterday.
