It's tough. You have to find plans specially target body fat and then still count calories. Intermittent fasting works for me and keeping myself below 1800 calories per day. I'm averaging about 2lbs a week. I had my Dr. appointment last Monday and my Dr was impressed.

yes , friend the meds from today are supposed to not have that side effect but I'm afraid some still do .. it is an uneven distribution of fat caused by the medications. In some cases it is irreversible there are some medications that help with the distribution but they must be prescribed by a physician ..please talk to your doctor about this concern if it continues to increase and affect your quality of life. 👍♥️
