Viral Load Getting Higher With Each Blood Test

So I'm very confused. When i was diagnosed a year ago I went from 450,000 copies to 100 up to 214 on Biktarvy. Doc switched me to symtuza and now I'm up to 589 and T cells dipped from 400 to 350. Doctor is now doing a Genosure test AND a phenotype test. I freaking out. Should I be? So scared...I got 3 babies. I'm just lost.

make sure you're compliant with taking your medication every day at the same time and keep a record of your symptoms and labs. There are plenty of apps to help with that, try to Improve your diet, lifestyle, decrease stress etc. Xavier is right it's going to take a few tries to find the right. Medication that works with your treatment, you only have so many ARV's however.

Don't worry. The test is to find out which medications are going to work the best for you. Sometimes it takes 2, 3, 4, 5 tries to get the right medication cocktail. With testing now, it won't take as long to get you on the right medication.
