Not sure I’m on biktarvy, work out and do physical work. Haven’t had any issues as of yet

Talk to your doctor about your symptoms and they probably can help you with a better regimen

Do u have a history of high blood pressure or swelling? Check with your dr. They may need to give you meds to reduce the swelling or fluid

Shauna I just looked up Bictarvy and I didn't see anything about swelling in the knees. However I did see one thing about it being used for joint pain. I would ask your doctor I just did a quick search. I'm not on Bictarvy but thanks to MyHIVteam I'm learning more about it. I'm far from an expert good luck. It would be great if you share anything that you learn.
