Eating Sea Moss

Has anyone tried eating seamoss in their diet? I’ve heard it’s good for your skin as well as inflammation and it is a natural antiviral agents it helps with getting rid of mucus as well has anyone tried it?

I use sea moss due to Cancer it is very helpful for many things. I couldn't eat and made it in a tea form, it help me with my appetite, brought me back to good health.

No I'm not by the ocean it sea. I'm not sure if I wanted to, which moss I scraped off a rock would be edible. I haven't eaten lettuce before on my Big Mac if that counts though, and the McDonald's was a few blocks from the beach.
