As we all know guidelines are to start ARV medication as soon as possible which gives you a close to normal life span. The only one I am trying is Scruff. And while I am honest and put forth who I am and what I want in a genuine way, I find that few want that in their lives. Maybe it's because I am out as poz. Maybe it's because of my age. But I find the whole experience to be unfulfilling and mostly a waste of time
