A friend told me about Apricot kernals that may cure AIDS. She said anything organic will keep your immune system strong.
Has anyone heard about this? I am thinking about trying it.

Your friend is a snake oil salesman and full of misinformation...as of Aug 14, 2019 there is no cure for HIV.

I take atriplia and I have been taking it for years, I have noticed here lately if I don't take my meds I don't get real dizzy but when I do take it, oh boy I get dizzy really bad

Hold on tight.. if you cannot tolerate the side effects talk to your doctor about all the HIV medication alternatives.
