I was talking to my therapist about HIV disclosure to potential sex partners and he told me about a organization that defends PLWH against prosecution
They have some good suggestions to help prove you disclosed your HIV status. But they admit it NO GUARANTEE even if you do everything correctly and tell your sex partners about your status that you won’t still be prosecuted

Here is a question I posted a year ago. Did your employer want you to do a different job? Did family or friends exclude you from outings (picnics, parties, holiday get-togethers, people not wanting you to do certain things or go to certain places etc.)
