You have to make sure you have documented evidence. LGBT domestic abuse is tough in a place like that. Reach out to your domestic violence people in your area. And see what other legal steps there are out there to protect yourself.

At this point It's time for a change don't ever feel like you are stuck in a situation because someone is using your status against you. Look into moving to a different state if you can, its your time to shine in life.
