I experience also. It's something you have to manage much like other things. I stepped away from a 14 year career because I was working ALL the time and I saw that it was making me physically ill. But then when I stepped away, I realized in other parts of my life I was making wrong choices that were also making me exhausted. It's all about being resourceful and asking for the right kind of help when you need it. Like if you are starting a business, is there a way your can pay others to help with the work?

When I advised of my status to a long time friend that asked about commitment his response was loving another person means being supportive and working together to a common good.
