I've lost a lot of weight and I would like to know what are good foods to eat for weight gain.
lots of veggies
You should have your doctor put you on Genvota you will gain A LOT
I made whey protein shakes with frozen or fresh fruits. I do not have issues with sugar and the doctor said to eat whatever I could hold down. So I ate lots of cereal (fruit loops), ice cream with chocolate syrup, vietnamese soup dishes, milk etc... only things I could hold down. These dishes masked the nasty taste my drugs had. Now I eat lots of chicken, salads, protein shakes, hamburgers, pasta, occasional fried foods etc.. I do spread out the junk food with healthy food. I do not have health issues so I am lucky to be able to eat the above easily. I am in sales so I walk a lot and workout at gym. This offsets me being overweight with the junk foods. Eat foods that are the best to help the immune system. Eat what you love, if its junk food know your limitations.
@A myHIVteam Member My cousin was an anorexic teen and the doctor mandated she drink Stout. Be careful on using products with high refined sugar as it triggers addiction sites. I was 145 pounds in hospital and refusing hospital food. When my best bud started supplying donair and palatable healthy food I hit the 180 target. My ID clinic mandated a nutrition doctor and when I was 10 pounds over target suggested it again.
