Between Medicare United Healthcare and Southern Colorado Health Network I pay nothing fot my Biktarvy.
My health insurance pays for the majority of the cost, while the remainder is paid by the pharmaceutical company that makes Biktarvy. They have a program which you can sign up for in their website.
I take Triumeq and my prescription is covered through my employer’s prescription plan.

I have been taking Atripla for about 8 years now with great results. And with my insurance from my job, the co-pay was cheap. I just turned 65, and now my supplement does not pay well. Are there cheaper alternative meds that I could take that do not cost a fortune? The first refill of my Atripla is $700 a month, which is extremely expensive!

A lot here on my HIV team are either retired disabled or currently working. Either way services like Ryan White and other AIDS funding helps with preventive and medical coverage. Some states like Tennessee(...read about it here, https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2023/01/2... )...
have elected to refrain from receiving any federal HIV grants and funding. Would this affect you in your state,... if these Services were terminated?
I wish my country had such initiative for people like me.....we go through alot despite faking our smile....at times the free ARVs are unaccessible due to shortage....

Hey guys. I’ve been really confused with how my insurance works and I’d appreciate any helpful information. So basically, I’m insured under my dad’s private health insurance (Aetna) and I have Louisiana medicaid as my secondary insurance. Will my dad be responsible for paying my deductibles/out-of-pocket expenses for my claims? Or will medicaid pay for everything?

I believe Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are promoting Medicare for all. Pete and Amy are proposing offering a choice for people to maintain their current insurance, or go on Medicare. And I think Biden and Bloomberg wish to build upon the existing Obamacare model.
