night sweats, I found special sheets that stay cool and breathe a lot help, also cool breeze pj's the shirt top (for those who like sleeping in boxers) or the pants only make a world of difference.
Yes. They were horrible for so long. I learned that clonazepam (antianxiety drug) stops them. I'm a doctor myself but had never thought it before. The mechanisms of the drug makes sense though
