Taking proper care of yourself through diet, exercise, etc. is most important. Yes, your physical appearance is important, but please don't let that stop you from living your life. People will judge others on the smallest things - and you know what? At the end of the day it doesn't matter. Big hugs to you!

I had injections of restylane, I think that’s what it was, 15 years ago. It was only supposed to work for 2-3 years. It worked wonders for me. I think I had 4-5 rounds of it focused around my cheeks and temples. It was done by Kaiser Permanente in souther California and it was no cost to me. I had lost 50 pounds in 2 months. I was 6’1” and weighed 130.

I was out of treatments and had a feeding tube in my arm that I demanded to be put in. My luck turned around when I was put on a trial drug called Truvada. After the first month I gained some weight and my Tcells jumped up to 100. Month after month they increased. It’s been years now since then and I feel great.

My suggestion would be to try Restylane and feed your body, don’t starve it

My Doc in LA gave me injections of Collagen in my face- it worked for a while,but my body absorbed it. The Injections sound scary but you can barely feel them. My MD out of AHF got them for me for free also.
