One of the first things I was told is that an HIV / AIDs diagnosis brings with it a rollercoaster of ups and downs so make sure you buckle up. About two years into my diagnosis I can say this has definitely been the case, at least for me. How about yourself? Do any of you remember sage words of wisdom that rang true for you?

have you talked to your doctor? have you told them you are moving out of the country and the new country don't have your current medication? They would be the best to ask what they would recommend.
Are you on any hormones, possibly for gaining lost weight? Hormones can start another ride through puberty with acne included. Beyond that, people with HIV can be plagued by skin problems… read more
